Temporary Footpath Closure: Footpath 166 and 138 Worsley Order 2007

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close definitive footpath 166 and 138 Worsley from its junction with Tynesbank to its junction with Coniston Grove.

The order is required to facilitate the refurbishment of the footpaths and will commence on 2 April 2007 for a period of six months until 2 October 2007. The alternative route for vehicles will be signed locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours (Ref H/RC/RTT/PD/02577).
