Road humps notice 2009: Freya Grove, Ordsall

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford in exercise of its powers under Sections 90(A) and 90(C) and 90(D) of the Highways Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 intend to construct road humps in the lengths of road specified in the schedule below.

If no objections are received road humps will be constructed on the length of road as detailed in the schedule below, after 12 October 2009.

Copy of the plan and a statement of the council's reasons for, may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed you should send the grounds of your objections in writing to the City Solicitor, C/o The Litigation Team Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by 12 October 2009 (quoting reference H/PP/UV/316.
