Temporary Footpath Closure: Gledhill Avenue, Salford

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily bring closure to the footpath as detailed in the schedule below.

The order is required to facilitate housing development and will commence on 29 January 2007 for a period of six months until 29 July 2007. The alternative route will be via Craven Drive and Ordsall Lane.

Schedule

The footpath on the south side of Gledhill Avenue from a point 90 metres east of Craven Drive for a distance of 60 metres in an easterly direction to Taylorson Street

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/PP/C/PD/FCL/02560).
