Public Path Creation: Hamilton Gardens (No 2), Salford Order 2006
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford ("the council") made the abovementioned order ("the order") on 13 October 2006, under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the order will be to create a public footpath(s) at Hamilton Gardens, Salford 8, as specified in the schedule below and shown on the plan attached to the order.
A copy of the order and the plan annexed to it may be inspected free of charge at the Legal Section, Civic Centre,Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the order may be obtained at a reasonable charge

Any representations or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the City Solicitor, (quoting reference H/ME/PD/FCL/2216) at the abovementioned address before 16 November 2006 and should state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

(Description of land)
1. A public footpath, that is a path over which the public have a right of way on foot only, of width no less than 2.3 metres running from the point marked R to the rear of 12 Japan Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres to the point marked S on St. Marks Lane, and shown by the broken black line marked R-S on the map attached to this order, the footpath to be known as 'Salford 27'.
