Temporary prohibition of driving: Hulton Street, Ordsall Order 2008

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on Hulton Street, Ordsall from a point 112 metres east of West Craven Drive for a distance of 95 metres in an easterly direction.

The order is required to enable development to take place on adjacent land and will commence on 1 January 2009 for a period of two years until 1 January 2011.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours (Ref H/LH/UV/RTT/181).
