Experimental Prohibition of Waiting: Huntsman Drive, Irlam Order 2007
Notice is hereby given that on 22 June 2007 the council of the city of Salford made the abovementioned order under Sections 1, 2, 3 and 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order which comes into effect on 6 July 2007 shall introduce prohibition of waiting on the length of road specified in the schedule below for a period of 18 months until 6 January 2009.
A copy of the order, together with a plan showing the area affected may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

The council of the city of Salford will consider in due course whether the provisions of that order should be continued in force indefinitely. You may object to this within six months from 6 July 2007 by stating the grounds of the objection in writing to the City Solicitor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA (quoting reference H/PP/C/PD/RTO/02750).
Schedule
No waiting at any time
- Huntsman Drive, north side, from a point 166 metres north east of the junction with the northerly kerbline of Excalibur Way for a distance of 44 metres in a north easterly direction.
- Huntsman Drive, south side, from a point 126 metres north east of the junction with the northerly kerbline of Excalibur Way for a distance of 86 metres in a north easterly direction.
