Temporary Road Closure: Lightoaks Road, Salford Order 2006

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close Lightoaks Road, Salford.

The order is required to allow the resurfacing of the carriageway and to facilitate closure of the road when further works are undertaken and will commence on 4 December 2006 for a period of 9 months until 4 September 2007. The alternative route for vehicles will be signed locally.

The road will not be closed for the duration of the order but as and when required throughout the nine months.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/RC/RTT/PD/02448).
