Temporary One Way and Prohibition of Driving: Moorside Road/Moss Lane, Swinton Order 2007
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a one way working 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and a prohibition of driving during a weekend period Saturday 6 a.m. to Sunday 6 p.m. as detailed in the schedule below.
The order is required to facilitate the introduction of pedestrian facilities and resurfacing works and will commence on 28 April 2007 for a period of four months until 28 August 2007. The alternative route for vehicles will be via A6 - A575 - A580 and A6 - B5231 - A572 - A580 for the one way and weekend closure of Moorside Road. Affected traffic will be diverted via Charles Street - Hamilton Road and A6 - Ash Drive for the one way and weekend closure of Moss Lane.

Temporary Prohibition of Driving
- Moorside Road, Salford, from its junction with Chorley Road/Manchester Road for a distance of 30 metres in a southerly direction.
- Moss Lane, Salford, from its junction with Chorley Road/Manchester Road for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction.
Temporary One Way
- Moorside Road, Swinton, Salford, vehicles to be restricted to one way working in a northerly direction from Regional Street to Chorley Road/Manchester Road.
- Moss Lane, Swinton, Salford, vehicles to be restricted to one way working in a southerly direction from Hamilton Street to Chorley Road/Manchester Road.
