Prohibition of waiting: Ordsall Lane, Salford Order 2009
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the order comes into effect you will not be allowed to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the length of road specified in the schedule below.
The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the City Solicitor, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by the 1 June 2009 (quoting reference L/HLW/RTO/UV/271).

Introduction of no waiting at any time:
- Ordsall Lane, north west side, from a point 85 metres south west from the southern kerbline of Regent Road, in a south westerly direction for a distance of 204 metres.
- Ordsall Lane, south east side, from a point 228.5 metres south west from the southern kerbline of Regent Road, in a south westerly direction for a distance of 30 metres.
