Highways Act 1980 - Section 116 and Twelfth Schedule: Phoebe Street, Salford

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford in exercise of the powers conferred on them, intend to apply to the Magistrates' Court at Bexley Square, Salford, on 15 April 2008 at 1.45 p.m. for an order pursuant to Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping up of parts of highway at Phoebe Street, Salford 5.

The effect of the proposed order(s) are shown on the plan(s) which may be inspected free of charge at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, during normal office hours. (Ref. H/LH/PD/STC/3048).
