Amendment of prohibition of waiting: Phoebe Street, Ordsall Order 2008

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

When the order comes into effect the Salford City Council (Phoebe Street, Knowsley Avenue and Colman Gardens Area, Ordsall) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2007 will be amended as per the schedule below, and you will not be allowed to cause or permit any vehicle to wait on the length of road specified in the schedule below.

The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the City Solicitor, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by the 4 December 2008 (quoting reference H/PP/C/UV/RTO/156)

In so far as it relates to:

Phoebe Street, both sides, from a point 25 metres east of the eastern kerbline of West Craven Street in a north easterly direction for a distance of 90 metres.
