Temporary Prohibition of Driving: Smith Street, Harriet Street, Worsley Order 2006

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on the highways as specified in the schedule below.

The order is required to enable the reconstruction of a culvert and manhole prior to the construction of the new Primary Care Centre and will commence on 21 August 2006 for a period of six months until 21 February 2007. The alternative route for vehicles will be signposted locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/RC/RTT/PD/02187).
