Temporary prohibition of driving: South Radford Street, Lower Kersal Order 2008

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on South Radford Street, Lower Kersal, Salford, between Monsal Avenue and Shirley Avenue.

The order is required to enable the construction of new traffic calming proposals comprising speed humps and build outs and will commence on 12 May 2008 for a period of four months until 12 September 2008. The alternative route for vehicles will be signed locally via Monsal Avenue and Shirley Avenue.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/C/SM/RTT/PD/03134).
