Temporary road closure: St Georges Day Parade, Swinton Order 2009

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be the temporary closure of the highways stated in the schedule below as and when required throughout the closure period.

The order is required to facilitate a St Georges Day Parade and will commence on Sunday 26 April 2009 for a period of one day.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/LH/SM/UV/RTT/240).

Schedule

A6 Manchester Road, Swinton from Temple Drive to its junction with Worsley Road.
A6 Chorley Road from its junction with Worsley Road to its junction with Wellington Road.
Partington Lane from its junction with Vicarage Road to its junction with A6 Chorley Road.
