Temporary Prohibition of Driving: Stafford Road, Eccles Order 2007

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on Stafford Road from its junction with Monton Road to Ellesmere Road, Eccles.

The order is required to enable the replacement of a public sewer by United Utilities Contractors and will commence on Monday 19 February 2007 for a period of six months. The alternative route for vehicles will be via Monton Road – Cavendish Road – Ellesmere Road.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/LH/C/PD/RTT/2579)
