Temporary prohibition of driving: Station Road (B5231), Swinton from its junction with Bolton Road (A666) to its junction with Dumbell Street, Order 2008

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of driving as per the schedule below.

The order is required to facilitate reconstruction works on the highway and will commence on Monday 5 January 2009 for a period of three months until 5 April 2009. Diversions will be signed via Bolton Road (A666) and Swinton Hall Road.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/PP/CW/RTT/UV/162).
