Prohibition of Waiting: Stoneacre Court, Swinton Order 2007
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and by virtue of The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Salford) Order 2001 (Statutory Instrument 2001 No. 894) made by the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and the Regions pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1991.
When the order comes into effect you will not be allowed to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time/no waiting Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. on the length of road specified in the schedule below.
The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

Introduction of no waiting at any time
- Stoneacre Court, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Chorley Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of 15 metres.
- Chorley Road, north east side, from a point 13 metres north west of the north western kerbline of Stoneacre Court in a south easterly direction for a distance of 32 metres.
Introduction of no waiting Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
- Stoneacre Court, south east side, from a point 15 metres north eastern kerbline of Chorley Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of 20 metres.
