Temporary footbridge closure: Trinity Footbridge, Ordsall Order 2009

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to introduce temporarily a footbridge closure as per the schedule below.

The order is required to enable resurfacing of the bridge deck and will commence on Wednesday 22 June 2009 for a period of six months until 22 December 2009. The footbridge will be closed for three weeks within the six month period as and when required. Diversions will be signed locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/CW/UV/RTT/294).
