Temporary prohibition of driving: Turner Street and Carnarvon Street, Salford
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on the highways as specified in the schedule below.
The order is required to enable demolition of buildings adjacent to the highway and will commence on 2 June 2008 for a period of three months until 2 September 2008. The alternative route for vehicles will be signed locally. The closures will be put into place as and when required.
Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/RC/UV/RTT/12).
