Experimental prohibition of waiting: Tysoe Gardens, Kays Gardens, Brotherton Drive and Rosamond Drive, Salford Order 2008

Notice is hereby given that on 19 September 2008 the council of the city of Salford made the abovementioned order under Sections 1, 2, 3 and 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order which comes into effect on 3 October 2008 shall introduce a prohibition of waiting between the hours and on the length of road specified in the schedule below for a period of 18 months until 3 April 2010.

A copy of the order, together with a plan showing the area affected may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

The council of the city of Salford will consider in due course whether the provisions of that order should be continued in force indefinitely. You may object to this within six months from 25 September 2008 by stating the grounds of the objection in writing to the City Solicitor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA (quoting reference H/PP/RTO/UV/108).

No waiting 10.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Tysoe Gardens, both sides, from its junction with Rosamond Drive to its cul-de-sac end.
Kays Gardens, both sides, from its junction with Rosamond Drive to its cul-de-sac end.
Brotherton Drive - south and east side, from its junction with Rosamond Drive in a westerly and southerly direction to its cul-de-sac end.
Brotherton Drive, west side, from a point 150 metres of the western kerbline of St Stephen Street in a southerly direction to its cul-de-sac end.
Rosamond Drive, west side, from its junction with Brotherton Drive in a southerly and westerly direction to its cul-de-sac end.
Rosamond Drive, south side, from a point 130 metres south west of its junction with Brotherton Drive in a westerly and southerly direction to its cul-de-sac end.
