Temporary Road Closure: Alder Street, Reservoir Street, Ash Street, Laburnum Street, Fir Street, Wall Street, Field Street, Salford Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on the following roads:

• Alder Street, Langworthy, Salford
• Reservoir Street, Langworthy, Salford
• Ash Street, Langworthy, Salford
• Laburnum Street, Langworthy, Salford
• Fir Street, Langworthy, Salford
• Wall Street, Langworthy, Salford
• Field Street, Langworthy, Salford

The order is required to enable the redevelopment of the area and maintain highway safety during the construction of the new residential properties and will commence on 15 October 2005 for a period of 2 years until 15 October 2007. The alternative route for pedestrians will be signed locally.
