Verdun Road, Eccles Revocation of Prohibition of Driving Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make the abovementioned order under Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The City of Salford (Verdun Road, Eccles) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 1988 will be revoked.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the  Head of Law and Administration, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford M27 5DA by the 28 April 2005 (quoting reference H/HLU/RTO/PD/01589)
