Temporary Revocation of One Way Order, Temporary Revocation of Weight Restriction Order and Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Salford Order 2006
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily revoke a one way order, weight restrictions, and introduce a temporary prohibition of driving on the highways specified in the schedule below.
The order is required to facilitate the construction work during the Worsley Road carriageway resurfacing scheme and the altered traffic patterns that will be required as a result of the works. The scheme also incorporates a short section of carriageway resurfacing on the roads as detailed, and will commence on 22 July 2006 for a period of seven months until 22 February 2007. The alternative route for vehicles will be signposted locally.

- Kildare Road, Dale Street, Trevor Road, Dales Park Drive, Wentworth Road, Brooklands Road, Ashley Drive, Moorside Road, Clovelly Road, Lime Avenue, Larch Avenue, Ringlow Park Road, Fairmount Road, Chatsworth Road, Stott Road, Ewhurst Avenue, Houghton Lane, Midgley Street, Vendale Avenue, Dales Brow, Folly Lane.
Temporary Revocation of One Way Order on the following sections of highway:
- Clovelly Road, Moorfield Road, Dales Brow.
Temporary Revocation of Weight Restriction Order as follows:
- Dales Brow and Clovelly Road from its junction with Worsley Road to Moorfield Road.
