Temporary road closure: Worsley Road, Leamington Road, Kearsley Street, Winton

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close the roads specified in the schedule below.

The order is required to enable the repairs to a collapsed sewer and for highway safety grounds and will commence on 6 August 2008 for a period of six months until 6 February 2009. The alternative route for vehicles will be signed locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/RC/SM/UV/RTT/54).

Worsley Road, Winton, from its junction with Parrin Lane to its junction with New Lane.
Leamington Road, Winton, from its junction with Gee Lane for its entire length.
Kearsley Street, Winton, from its junction with Leamington Road to its junction with Worsley Road.
