Carlisle Street, Swinton Revocation of Prohibition of Driving Order 2005
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the order comes into effect the First Schedule of The Greater Manchester County (Little Moss Lane Area, Pendlebury, Swinton) (Prohibition of Driving and One-Way Traffic) (City) Order 1987 will be revoked so far as it relates to the schedule below.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive. Details can be viewed online at www.salford.gov.uk/trafficorders.
If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Head of Law and Administration, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford M27 5DA by the 7 April 2005 (quoting reference H/PP/SM/C/PD/RTO/01593).

Carlisle Street, from a point 120 metres south west of the south westerly kerbline of Little Moss Lane, in a south westerly direction for a distance of 3 metres.
