Prohibition of Driving: Agecroft Road, Pendlebury Order 2005
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make the abovementioned order under Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
When the order comes into effect you will not be allowed to cause any vehicle to proceed along the length of road specified in the schedule below.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the City Solicitor, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by the 29 December 2005 (quoting reference H/ME/SM/PD/TRO/1990).

The passageway between No's 22 and 24 Agecroft Road, from its junction with Agecroft Road for a distance of 17 metres in a southerly direction.
