Temporary 24 Hour Clearway Cadishead Way Stage II, Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary 24 hour clearway on the new section of Cadishead Way Stage II from its junction with Northbank Industrial Park roundabout for a distance of 260 metres in a south westerly direction.

The order is required to prevent vehicles parking and loading on the new section of carriageway and causing damage to the carriageway and will commence on 25 October 2004 for a period of 9 months until 25 July 2005.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/ECP/SM/PD/RTT/1412).
