Temporary 24 Hour Prohibition of Waiting Canal Side, Monton Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit waiting for 24 Hours, Canal Side, Monton, northwest Side, from it’s junction with Canal Bank for it’s entire length, including the newly constructed turning head on the southwest side.

The order is required to enable construction of new medical centre and will commence on 20 December 2004 for a period of 12 months until 20  December 2005.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/HLU/RTT/PD/01460).
