Chadwick Road, Eccles - Temporary Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting and Introduction of New Prohibition of Waiting Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily revoke The City of Salford (St Andrews Medical Centre, Eccles) (Prohibition of waiting) Order 2005 in so far as it relates to schedule 1 below.

When the order comes into effect you will not be allowed to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the length of road specified in schedule 2 below.

The order is required to enable the construction of a new access to a new residential development adjacent to the south side of Chadwick Road and to enable loading and unloading of materials for the development and will commence on 23 May 2005 for a period of 18 months until 16 November 2006.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/ME/PD/RTT/01656).

Schedule 1

Chadwick Road, Eccles – South side from a point 15 metres west of the western kerbline of Monton Lane for a distance of 35 metres in a westerly direction.

Schedule 2

Chadwick Road, Eccles – South side from a point 15 metres west of the western kerbline of Monton Lane for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction.
