Colgate Lane, Salford (One-way traffic) Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Salford propose to make an Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

When the Order comes into effect vehicular traffic will be permitted to travel along the length of road specified in the Schedule below only in the direction specified in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Legal Section, First Floor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am. and 4.30pm. Mondays to Fridays inclusive

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Head of Law and Administration, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, by the 15 April 2004 (quoting reference H/ECP/SM/RTO/1024).

Colgate Lane, between its junction with Exchange Quay and Trafford Road, in a westerly direction only.
