Temporary Footpath Closure Definitive Footpath 24, Swinton Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily close

  • Definitive Footpath 24, Swinton from Victoria Lane to Ellesmere Street
  • The footpath leading from Sydney Street in a westerly direction to its junction with Definitive Footpath 24, a distance of 27 metres.

The order is required to enable the installation of sewers and will commence on 7 June 2004 for a period of four weeks until 5 July 2004.The alternative route will be via Ellesmere Street - Moorside Road - Victoria Lane.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/HLU/SM/RTT/PD/01122).
