Temporary Footpath Closure, Detroit Footbridge, Salford Quays, Salford Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close Detroit Footbridge, Salford Quays, Salford.

The order is required to allow contractors to repaint and re-deck the bridge and will commence on 1 April 2005 for a period of 12 months until 1 April 2006. The alternative route will be via The Quays loop road.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/ME/SM/C/PD/RTT/01547).
