Highways Act 1980 - Section 116 and Twelfth Schedule: Falcon Close, Salford

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford in exercise of the powers conferred on them, intend to apply to the Magistrates' Court at Salford on Wednesday 12 July 2006 at 9.45 a.m. for an order pursuant to Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping up of part of the highway at Falcon Close (formerly Carter Street) Salford 3, a total closure area of approximately 320 square metres.

The effect of the proposed order is shown on the plan, which may be inspected free of charge at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton,Salford,  during normal office hours (Ref. H/ME/PD/STC/1590)
