Temporary Footpath Closure - Footpath Numbers 36 and 37, Eccles Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close footpaths 36 and 37, Eccles.

The order is required to facilitate the clearing up of waste materials and upgrading of the fence line and will commence on 10 January 2005 for a period of 12 weeks until 4 April 2005. The alternative route for vehicles will be signed locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours (Ref H/PP/SM/C/PD/RTT/01498).
