Temporary Footpath Closure Footpath Eccles No. 5 Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close Footpath Eccles No. 5 from the junction with the access to Calver Avenue for a distance of 44 metres in a northerly direction.

The order is required to ensure safety during the construction of a housing development and will commence on 30 July 2004 for a period of six months until 30 January 2005. The alternative route will be signed locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm. (Ref H/H/ECP/PD/RTT/1190).
