Temporary Footpath Closure Footpath Worsley 155, Swinton. Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily close Footpath Worsley 155 from a point 15m beyond the rear of 42 Grange Road in a north westerly direction for a distance of 140 metres.

The order is required to enable United Utilities to carry out the replacement of a section of pipeline adjacent to the footpath and will commence on 24 May 2004 for a period of 12 weeks until 16 August 2004.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/ECP/PD/RTT/1120).
