Temporary Introduction of 24 Hour No Waiting At Any Time: King Street, Salford 3 Order 2005
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily revoke The City of Salford (Manchester and Salford Inner Relief Route Stage ii Blackfriars Road to Gore Street Section)(Limited Waiting) Order 1988 as it relates to the section of highway described, King Street,Salford 3, South Side for a distance of 20 Metres, 40 metres from the kerb-line of Queen Street and introduce 24 hour no waiting at any time as detailed in the schedule below.
The order is required to facilitate new development construction and will commence on 31 October 2005 for a period of two years until 31 October 2007.
Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed Order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/PP/SM/C/PD/RTT/01969)
