Northumberland Street, Salford (Experimental Introduction of Limited Waiting)

NOTICE is hereby given that on 30th day of May 2003 Salford City Council made the abovementioned Order under Sections 1, 2, 3 and 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The Order which comes into effect on 12th June 2003 prohibits waiting between the times of 7.30am to 9.30am Monday to Friday along the length of road specified in the Schedule below for a period of 12 Months.

A copy of the Order, together with a plan showing the area affected may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

Salford City Council will consider in due course whether the provisions of that Order should be continued in force indefinitely. You may object to this within six months from 12th June 2003 by stating the grounds of the objection in writing to the Head of Law and Administration, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA (quoting reference H/HLU/C/PD/RTO/242)

SCHEDULE

Northumberland Street, south east side, from a point 72 metres east of the north eastern kerbline of Rigby Street in a north easterly direction for a distance of 105 metres.
