Oldfield Road, Salford (Temporary Introduction of Limited Waiting)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Salford City Council intend in not less than seven days to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily revoke part of schedule 2 of The City of Salford (Oldfield Road/Barrow Street, Salford) (Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting and Introduction of New Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1997 Amendment Order 1997, and introduce limited waiting as detailed in the schedule below.

The Order is required to facilitate the twelve month closure of Gaythorn Street, Salford and will commence on the 15th August 2003 for a period of 12 months until the 15th August 2004.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed Order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/PP/SM/C/PD/RTT/191).

SCHEDULE

The introduction of limited waiting Monday to Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. 1 hour no return within 1 hour.

Oldfield Road, east side, from a point 20 metres south west of junction with Barrow Street for a distance of 12 metres in a south westerly direction
