Park Place, Devon Close, Salford (Prohibition of Waiting)
NOTICE is hereby given that on 7th day of March 2003 Salford City Council made the abovementioned Order under Sections 1, 2, 3 and 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The Order which comes into effect on 21st March 2003 Introduces a one way traffic flow system as detailed below in Schedule 'A', and the introduction of no waiting at any time as detailed below in Schedule 'B' along the length of roads specified in the Schedules below for a period of 18 months.
A copy of the Order, together with a plan showing the area affected may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.
Salford City Council will consider in due course whether the provisions of that Order should be continued in force indefinitely. You may object to this within six months from 21st March 2003 by stating the grounds of the objection in writing to the Head of Law and Administration, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA (quoting reference H/PP/C/PD/RTO/236)
SCHEDULE 'A'
INTRODUCTION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SYSTEM
Park Place, Salford 6, from its junction with Eccles Old Road in a southerly direction to the southern kerbline of Devon Close - vehicles shall only be permitted to travel in a southerly direction
Devon Close, Salford 6, from its junction with Park Place in a westerly and northerly direction to its junction with Eccles Old Road - vehicles shall only be permitted to travel in a westerly and northerly direction
SCHEDULE 'B'
INTRODUCTION OF NO WAITING AT ANY TIME
Park Place, both sides, from its junction with Eccles Old Road in a southerly direction for its entire length.
Devon Close, both sides, from a point 30 metres south of its junction with Eccles Old Road, in a south easterly direction to its junction with Park Place
