Temporary Prohibition of Driving Parsonage Road,Walkden,Salford Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on Parsonage Road,Walkden from its junction with Hilton Lane to the railway bridge approximately 100 metres.

The order is required to facilitate railway bridge repairs and will commence on Monday  8 November 2004 for a period of four weeks until 6 December 2004. Access will be maintained for residents, and alternative route for vehicles will be signed locally along Hilton Lane, Manchester Road East and Bridgewater Road.  

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/PP/C/PD/RTT/01422).
