Temporary Prohibition of Driving - Pendleton Roundabout, Salford Order 2004
Notice is herby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving with details of alternative routes for vehicles as detailed in the schedule below.
The order is required to facilitate parapet replacement and will commence on the 3 January 2005 for a period of six months until the 3 July 2005. Work will be undertaken on Saturdays and Sundays and/or after evening peak periods during the hours of 7p.m. until midnight Monday to Fridays.
Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours (Ref H/PP/SM/C/PD/RTT/01493).

Temporary Prohibition of Driving
- Off slip road from Pendleton Roundabout A576 to Belvedere Road - Hankinson Way. Traffic will be diverted via Broad Street - Langworthy Road - Seedley Road - Fitzwarren Street - Pendleton Way.
- On slip road from Pendleton Roundabout A576 to eastbound carriageway of A6 Broad Street. Traffic will be diverted via Broad Street - Langworthy Road - Seedley Road - Fitzwarren Street - Pendleton Roundabout.
- On slip road from Pendleton Roundabout A576 to eastbound carriageway of A6 Broad Street. Traffic will be diverted via Pendleton Roundabout - Broughton Road - Lissadel Street - Broughton Road East - Frederick Road.
- A6 Broad Street westbound carriageway from the nosing of the westbound off slip to Pendleton Roundabout for a distance of 580 metres in a westerly direction. Traffic will be diverted via Broad Street - eastbound off slip - Pendleton Roundabout - Broad Street - eastbound on slip.
- A6 Broad Street eastbound carriageway from the nosing of the eastbound off slip to Pendleton Roundabout for a distance of 590 metres in an easterly direction. Traffic will be diverted via Broad Street westbound off slip - Pendleton Roundabout - Broad Street - westbound on slip.
