Penry Avenue, Cadishead Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting and Introduction of New Prohibition of Waiting Amendment Order 2005
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and by virtue of The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Salford) Order 2001 (Statutory Instrument 2001, No. 894) made by the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and the Regions pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1991.
When the order comes into effect The city of Salford (Penry Avenue, Cadishead) (Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting and Introduction of New Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1999 will be amended insofar as it relates to the schedule below.
The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the proposed order, together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order, may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection, in writing, to the City Solicitor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, by the 2 June 2005 (quoting reference H/HLU/SM/RTO/PD/01657).

Delete:
Penry Avenue, on the north eastern side from a point 14 metres north west of its junction with Liverpool Road, for the remainder of street length.
Add:
Penry Avenue, south west side, from a point 15 metres south west of its junction with Liverpool Road in a north westerly direction for a distance of 33 metres.
