Springside Avenue, Walkden (Road Hump Scheme)

NOTICE is hereby given that Salford City Council propose to make an Order under Sections 90(A) and 90(C) and 90(D) of the Highways Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999.

When the Order comes into effect the speed cushions will be placed in the length of road specified in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan of the area and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.

If you wish to object to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objections in writing to the Head of Law and Administration, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by the 10th July 2003 (quoting reference H/HLU/SM/C/PD/RTO/237).
