A5063 Trafford Road, Salford (24 Hours Clearway) Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 3(2) and 4(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

When the order comes into effect no person shall cause any vehicle to stop or wait at any time or to load or unload at any time on the length of road specified in the schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan of the area and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA between 8.30am. and 4.30pm. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection, in writing, to the Head of Law and Administration, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton M27 5DA by the 15 April 2004 (quoting reference H/ECP/SM/RTO/1026).
