Temporary Footpath Closure Tynesbank, Walkden Order 2004

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close the footpath off Tynesbank commencing from a point 28 metres south of the southern kerbline of Bickershaw Drive in a south easterly direction for a distance of 51 metres.

The order is required to enable site surveys to be undertaken and will commence on 13 September 2004 for a period of four weeks until 11 October 2004. The alternative route will be signed locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/ECP/SM/PD/RTT/1328).
