Temporary prohibition of driving, Weatherall Street North and surrounding streets

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to prohibit driving on the following roads:

• Weathersall Street North, Salford
• Bower Street, Salford
• Buile Street, Salford
• Dudley Street, Salford
• Milan Street, Salford
• Pennon Close, Salford
• Agnes Street, Salford
• Hadfield Street, Salford

The order is required to facilitate works for the introduction of traffic claming measures  and will commence on 8 March 2004 for a period of five months until 2 August 2004. The alternative route for vehicles will be signposted.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm  (Ref H/HLU/RTT/PD/00882).
