Welbeck Grove, Salford - Amendment of Prohibition of Waiting Order 2005
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and by virtue of The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Salford) Order 2001 (Statutory Instrument 2001, No. 894) made by the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and the Regions pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1991.
When the order comes into effect The City of Salford (Leicester Road, Ashbourne Grove and Welbeck Grove, Salford 7) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1990 will be amended insofar as it relates to the schedule below.
The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the proposed order, together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order, may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

IN SO FAR AS IT RELATES TO
Welbeck Grove, both sides, from the westerly kerbline of Leicester Road, in a south westerly direction for a distance of 15 metres.
AMEND TO READ:
Welbeck Grove, north side, from its junction with Leicester Road, in a south westerly direction for a distance of 26 metres.
Welbeck Grove, south side, from its junction with Leicester Road, in a south westerly direction for a distance of 28 metres.
