The Salford-Saint Ouen Twinning Committee meets each month. The meetings are open to all who want to contribute to town twinning in Salford.

In these town twinning forum meetings, the Saint-Ouen Association members are : Steve Fletcher, Val Burgoyne and Janet De Gay.
