Walter Street, Walkden, Salford (Disabled Persons Parking Bay)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council of the city of Salford propose to make the abovementioned Order under Sections 32, 35 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, the effect of which will be to provide a disabled persons parking bay (Blue and/or Orange badge holders only) as specified in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order together with a plan of the area affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive.  Details can be viewed online

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Head of Law and Administration, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA by the 2 January 2004 (quoting reference H/HLU/SM/C/RTO/00787).

INTRODUCTION OF ONE DISABLED PARKING BAY

Walter Street, north side from a point 7 metres south west of its junction with Memorial Road in a south westerly direction for a distance of 6.6 metres.
